The edge sander FG EASY EDGER is a innovation and like his big brother the FG Monsun based on the belt sanding principle, which has been translated into a small and light machine that is easy to use. The FG EASY EDGER produces a high level of finish on the whole surface and avoids the use of different principles such as belt sanding for the surface, disc sanding for the edges and finish with an orbital machine. This always led to different surface structures and problems with the finish, especially with oiled and colored oil finishes. The FG EASY EDGER has a motor with 1200 W, a belt of 100 x 690 mm and the sanding plane size of 100 x 175 mm. Thanks to the intelligent design it is possible, to sand on the front side up to 1 cm to the wall, on the side it is possible to sand flush along the wall. An adjustable stop device on the front side helps to eliminate the contact of sanding belt and the wall. With all them features, the FG EASY EDGER is also perfect for stair sanding, a difficult tasks with normally a lot of dust!
Like with the FG Monsun the sanding speed of FG EASY EDGER is simply synchronized by the speed control of the FG PROFI MONSUN. Of course it is possible to attached the edge sander to the dust extraction system of the FG PROFI MONSUN using a simple connection pipe available as an accessory. Dust free sanding on the highest level!
