The Future of Floor Sanding

Ergonomie
For an optimal accomplishment of the purpose a machine should additionally be adjusted to the physical requirements of its user as far as possible. During the work the body should be loaded as little as possible by an inconvenient posture, an atypical movement, noise, vibration and dust. During the development of FG machines special emphasis was placed on an individual adjustability of the handles and operating elements. Machine-related forced postures should be avoided in favor of changeable postures; permanent and exhausting movements such as lever actuations with the thumb should be prevented by a handle arrangement making it possible to encompass it.

Low noise emission, low vibration and -> dust-free operation were also taken into consideration. These requirements could only be met by a persistent new design. The high-frequency noises which are so typical of sanders and which could have been caused by the fast rotating fanwheels of the dust collection system could only be eliminated by the integration of a separate low-noise vacuum cleaner. Vibrations were reduced to a minimum by a revolutionary novel arrangement of the sanding drums.
Also the transport was investigated for which a novel transport chassis was specifically developed which is also suited for the transport on stairs.
Due to these unique properties a FG machine such as the MONSUN, TAIFUN or MULTIFRÄSE 03 should be considered as one of the most sophisticated products of this kind in the world market.
