Efficient floor mortising machine with hard metal drums or reversing steel wire drums.
For removal of carpet and glue residues, for refurbishment of highly dished boarded floors (removal of lacquer and planing of the surface); after an appropriate pre-treatment with the mortising machine two sanding processes are sufficient for a lacquered surface.
Stock removal is adjustable accurate to the millimeter by a setscrew. The reversing drums make it possible to fully use the hard metal teeth.
This machine combines the advantages of single-disk mortising machines – the careful treatment of the sub-floor – with the high efficiency of machines with centrifugal drums which, however, often damage the floor pavement – resulting in high repair costs.
