FG PROFI MONSUN
With the FG PROFI MONSUN it is now possible, thanks to the powerful motor with smooth start system and the electronic speed control system to sand all kinds of wooden floors, even engineered flooring with 2.5mm wear layer. The unique combination of pre-sanding with the drum setup using grit 24 – 80 and finish sanding with sanding shoe setup using grit 100 + gives outstanding results, that seemed impossible until today. The production of waves is reduced to an absolute minimum by the especially designed sanding group, the small waves that are inevitable (due to inherent irregularities of the belt) are eliminated by the unique setup of finish sanding with the sanding shoe. The floor is perfectly prepared for to be lacquered, oiled or colored oils. The electronic belt speed control system allows to adjust the speed to the sanding task (pre-sanding with grain 24, 40, 60 or 80 at high speed (ca. 1.240 m/min.) and without the sanding shoe or finish sanding with grain 100 at low speed (ca. 550 m/min.) and sanding shoe in place. A finish sanding with an orbital disc sanding machine is no longer required.
